Session Refund & Cancellation Policy All session bookings are non-refundable. We understand that life happens—so to offer flexibility while respecting our time and energy: - Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session will be honored without penalty. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable. - No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice are also non-refundable. - If you arrive late to your appointment, that time will not be added to the end of your session and may reduce the overall time available. If you need to adjust your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which helps us provide the best experience for all clients.
